External refurbishment of 3 residential blocks located in The Royal London Borough Of Chelsea & Kensington

Location: Kensington, London

This project consisted of the following work activities:

Surface preparation (including coating removal)
Diagnostic/Conditional Survey
Concrete Repairs
Corrosion Control
Protective Anti-Carbonation Coatings
Brickwork Repairs
Helical Reinforcement
Repointing Works

To facilitate the range of work activities to these three residential blocks, JBSR utilised a combination of access methodologies through the use of fix tied scaffolding, Mobile Elevated Work Platforms (MEWP's) and mobile aluminium towers. Our trained and experienced IPAF and PASMA trained operatives ensured that all mobile access equipment was correctly inspected and utilised on a daily basis, and works areas were suitably demarcated maintaining the safety of the residents, visitors and passersby.
