This project consisted of a total external refubishment of 16 low-rise blocks within a conservation area.The works included:

• Surface preparation (coated & un-coated concrete)
• Full Diagnostic Survey
• Concrete repair
• Movement joint renewal
• Application of Margel™ (Migratory corrosion inhibitor)
• New build brickwork
• Remedial works to existing brickwork
